The confidential production of about 20 pieces per year is completely focused on purchasing the best wood species and pickups with strong characters to offer only exceptional guitars and basses.
We are delighted to be the official distributor of this brand. The bassist Étienne Mbappé was not mistaken and chose STR to build him the bass of his dreams. STR stabilized wood collection is a series of STR customshop basses showcased at Tokyo Music Fair. Stabilized wood is a special wood material that has been impregnated with a chemical stabilizing solution to have striking appearance and increased durability. As the solution that consists of multiple dyes is soaked deep into wood, the stabilized wood shows complicated colors and texture.
DSC models feature set-in neck and single cutaway to produce thicker tone with deep low end while keeping great playability. The neck joint area is carefully shaped and finished to be smooth and comfortable.
