The name of this fresh model is “MARQUIS.” While it retains a traditional look, it fully encompasses Bacchus' expertise and technology. Optimized Neck Angle for Playability The set neck model's playability and sound are influenced by the neck angle. While reproducing the arch shape and neck angle of the Handmade Series DUKE model made in Japan, we've fine-tuned it to harmonize with the material and design of the instrument. This resulted in an excellent balance between the pleasant attack produced by moderate tension and the rich body tone.
Deep Joints for Superior Vibration Transmission A deep-joint system is used, ensuring a large bonding area with the body and solid vibration transmission. The broad ground contact width also facilitates accuracy in preparation angles and woodworking.
Slim Neck This model boasts our Slim U-shaped neck grip. It's easy for even players with relatively small hands to press down the strings and focus on playing, with a left hand that can always easily change positions.
Original Pickup Equipped with an original humbucker using a stable-quality ferrite magnet. It offers a fullness and sweetness suitable for single-note riffs and solos, as well as a brightness that's useful for clean tones, making it versatile across genres.
Setup by our Specialized Inspection Team in Japan Every instrument is inspected and set up by our specialized inspection team at the Deviser headquarters in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, before shipping. By identifying individual differences in the material wood, we adjust and finish each instrument uniformly to provide players with a solid playing experience that feels great and is ready to go straight out of the box.
