The Bacchus WL4-AGED/RSM is a 4-string bass that combines the charm of a unique aged look with modern performance. Part of the Global series, the Bacchus WL4-AGED/RSM incorporates the hallmarks of the Handmade range, with exemplary attention to detail and playability, at an affordable price.

A hand-crafted vintage look

Each AGED model is hand-patinated to reproduce the natural wear and tear of a bass that has already been played a lot. The matt finish replaces the classic gloss varnish, giving each instrument its own unique character. Available in SBBD-AGED (Sonic Blue Burst), 3TS-AGED (3-Tone Sunburst)

Singing woods

Nyatoh body: close to alder and lime, it offers excellent tonal balance. Its clear, even resonance without exaggeration makes it versatile and suitable for all styles: funk, jazz, rock or pop.
Roasted Maple neck and fingerboard: heated to a high temperature, the maple becomes more stable and rigid, while producing a rich, organic sound reminiscent of vintage basses that have matured over time. The result: playing comfort and long-term reliability.
