Solid Spruce Top – A Living Soundboard
The HD-Essential features a solid spruce top.
Unlike laminated wood, solid wood allows vibrations to flow more freely, resulting in a more natural and expressive response. Expect clear highs, defined lows and excellent dynamic range.
Spruce is known for its versatility — equally comfortable with strong strumming or delicate fingerstyle. And as with all solid tops, the tone matures over time. The more you play it, the more it opens up.
Laminated Okoume Back & Sides
Okoume provides warmth and balanced midrange response while ensuring structural stability and durability — ideal for a guitar meant to be played daily.
Comfort & Premium Details
The nato neck ensures stability and reliable vibration transfer.
Its satin finish feels smooth and fast under the hand.
Laurel fingerboard and bridge provide tonal consistency and a smooth attack.
Scale length: 648 mm (25.5”), nut width: 43 mm.
Both nut and saddle are made of genuine bone, enhancing clarity, sustain and tonal focus compared to synthetic materials.
Elegant Amber Sunburst Finish
The warm Amber Sunburst is applied not only to the top but also to the sides and back, creating a refined, unified look. Multi-layer binding and a gloss UV body finish complete the premium aesthetic, while the satin neck ensures playing comfort.
