Poplar body

The body is made of poplar, a light and resonant wood that offers excellent tonal balance.

It delivers a clear and dynamic sound, with well-defined bass and warm midrange. The result is a bass that is comfortable to play, responsive to the touch, and capable of adapting to all styles, from rock to funk to pop.

Roasted maple neck

The neck is made of roasted maple.

This heat treatment stabilises the wood deep down, eliminating moisture and internal tensions. There are many benefits:

- smoother and more pleasant feel

- richer, more mature, almost "vintage" sound

Roasted maple gives this bass a superb natural resonance and a very musical attack.

Stained Purpleheart fingerboard

The black-stained purpleheart key offers a modern alternative to ebony.
