Behind this TACTICS24-FM/RSM lies much more than just an electric guitar. It is a modern take on the Telecaster, designed for discerning guitarists who want to think outside the box… without compromising the DNA of a timeless classic.
Crafted under the expert guidance of Japanese manufacturer DEVISER, whose history dates back to 1977 in the workshops of Nagano, this guitar is part of a tradition of craftsmanship where every detail counts. At Bacchus, nothing is left to chance: the feel, the resonance, the stability… everything is designed so that the instrument becomes a natural extension of your playing.
A craftsmanship that inspires from the moment you first hold it
The body combines a flame maple top with a nyatoh back and sides. This combination works a treat:
- the flame maple brings brightness, precision and a crisp attack, whilst offering a premium aesthetic;
- the warmer nyatoh balances the whole with rich mids and good tonal depth.
The neck and fingerboard, crafted from roasted maple, are a game-changer. This heat treatment removes moisture from the wood, making it more stable and responsive. The result:
- an exceptionally comfortable feel,
- increased stability over time,
and above all an open, organic, almost “vintage” tone, as if the guitar had already been played for years.
Impressive sonic versatility
With its dual humbucker configuration, the TACTICS24 delivers a powerful, rich and modern tone, perfect for expressive leads and punchy rhythm playing alike.
But where it really surprises is with its coil tap:
in a single move, you switch from a warm humbucker to a crisper, more precise tone, similar to a single-coil pickup. Ideal for exploring a wide range of sounds without changing guitars.

This 24-fret version opens up new possibilities:
- extended high-frequency response,
- perfect for technical solos and fast riffs.
The stainless steel jumbo frets offer a smooth playing feel and excellent long-term durability.
The Wilkinson 2-point vibrato allows for subtle nuances as well as more expressive effects, whilst maintaining excellent tuning stability thanks to the locking tuners.
The heel cut has been redesigned to make it easier to reach the upper frets: playing in the higher positions is no longer a struggle.
