To play a Momose guitar is to hold a piece of Japanese luthiery history. Founded in the heart of the Nagano mountains in Matsumoto, the brand embodies the vision of its founder, Yasuo Momose. • 2-Piece Alder Body (Alder 2P): Chosen for its warm neutrality, alder offers rich midrange frequencies and superb natural dynamics. It provides the perfect sonic canvas to let the pickups' character and the neck's vibration shine through.

• Quarter Sawn Thermo Maple Neck: The quarter-sawn cut ensures absolute structural stability against warping and twisting. The "Thermo Wood" process applies a special high-temperature heat treatment that evaporates moisture and oils, recreating the cellular structure of vintage wood that has aged for decades. The result is an ultra-stable neck with that dry, mature, "broken-in" sound typical of time-honored instruments.

• Ebony Fingerboard: Featuring a deep, luxurious jet-black look, ebony delivers an immediate note attack, razor-sharp definition, and endless sustain. Its feel under the fingers is incomparably smooth.

The Hipshot® Grip-Lock open-gear locking tuners work flawlessly with the GOTOH® 510T-FE1 tremolo bridge to ensure rock-solid tuning stability, even during expressive whamby bar nuances. The pickguard and back plate feature a premium, hand-brushed silver anodized aluminum finish, proudly engraved with the Momose logo.
