Available in limited edition, only 1 unit for the entire European continent, this extraordinary guitar is inspired by the exclusive showcase models presented at the prestigious DEVISER SPECIAL SHOWCASE May 2026. It showcases the striking anodized aluminum pickguard that gained acclaim on the MC-MV SP'26/E BLK-MH showcase model.
Acoustic tonewood properties and the breath of the Oil Finish
At the core of its construction, the 2-piece selected Alder body (Alder 2P) delivers a perfectly balanced tonal spectrum: warm midrange, defined lows, and sweet highs that cut through any mix with organic clarity. Paired with a rock-solid Maple neck and a rich Indian Rosewood fingerboard, the instrument gains warmth, depth, and endless sustain.
Unlike heavy, suffocating polyurethane coats, the White Oil finish allows the wood pores to breathe freely. The instrument vibrates to its fullest potential, offering a smooth, natural tactile feel. The visual refinement extends to the matching headstock, where the Momose logo perfectly echoes the fiery red of the anodized pickguard.
The legacy of Yasuo Momose and hand-built philosophy
Bearing the name of Yasuo Momose, Senior Master Builder of the Deviser group, implies an unyielding commitment to perfection. Since 1977, when he started crafting Headway acoustic guitars before designing his own custom tools, Yasuo Momose has rejected mass production via CNC machinery. To him and his dedicated team of artisans, every piece of wood differs in mass, elasticity, and acoustics. Momose guitars are built entirely by hand using the craftsman's five senses, staying true to the golden era methods of the 1950s and 1960s.
